Amoghapasha: the Unfailing Lasso.
Amoghapasha, peaceful in appearance, white in colour, has one face and eight arms, in a standing posture on an ornate throne and ‘torana’ throne-back. Standing on the left side is a goddess, blue-green in colour. Standing on the right side is a yellow goddess with four arms. On the left side of the throne is a kneeling male figure. On the right side is the kneeling figure of red Hayagriva identified by the small green horse head atop his own.
In the top register beginning on the left are Shakyamuni Buddha, Akshobhya, Amitabha, Vairochana, Amoghasiddhi and Ratnasambhava.
