INDRA STATUETTE IN BRONZE
NEPAL, CIRCA XIVTH CENTURY
He is represented sitting in Rajalilasana on a lotiform base. Leaning on his left arm, he holds a lotus supporting a vajra, his right arm resting gently on his knee. He is dressed in dhoti and adorned with jewels. His serene face is girded with a high tiara; the halo possibly missing.
