Standing with hips elegantly swayed on a wide double-lotus base with striated petals, his left hand in Varadamudra and his right in Vitarkamudraand holding the stem of a lotus which blossoms at the shoulder, clad in a short dhoti incised with a foliate pattern and secured with a patterned sash, adorned with the beaded sacred thread and various jewels, the face with serene downcast expression flanked by beaded hoop earrings and surmounted by an elaborate winged tiara, the hair in a high chignon and topped with a foliate finial
