- Condition Report : In good overall condition for an item of this type and age. With the semi-precious stones widely intact throughout. A few scattered stones missing along the outer and inner turquoise border and along the inner coral border. The white stone on the lower central left making up the mountainous decoration is missing. Along the lower rim of the dais, all the semi-precious insets are now missing. The turquoise face of the deity along the perimeter border of the central figures is also missing. Minor overall accretion appearing within the crevices, as to be expected from an object of this type. The back showing square sheets of thin metal fashioned together with chased metal borders secured with nails as visible in the catalogue illustration. Two eyebolts, not original to the work, screwed to the back with a wire attached for the purpose of hanging.
